Parameters

h	Handle for communication with TROPIC01
startup_id	Startup ID (determines into which mode will TROPIC01 reboot)

Return values

LT_OK	Function executed successfully
other	Function did not execute successully, you might use lt_ret_verbose() to get verbose encoding of returned value
